Through 2 months of preliminary technical exchange, Customer appoint technical personnel to visit our company.
On the afternoon of May 6th, 2018, They came to our company to conduct in-depth technical exchanges. First of all, we learned about the case of our company's pharmaceutical purification water equipment cooperation case. After analyzing the case by engineers, the customer highly recognized our technical strength. Secondly, the details of the difference between the Chinese Pharmacopoeia purified water standard, the European Pharmacopoeia standard, and the United States Pharmacopoeia water standard are detailed. Again, our company's technical staff and Saudi customer's technical staff did an in-depth customer demand analysis and detailed the differences between the requirements for pharmaceutical production of purified water and pharmaceutical cleaning and purified water. The final choice is to refer to European GMP Pharmacopoeia purified water standards, and detailed technical communication of microbial bacteria, total organic carbon TOC, conductivity and other parameters, and installation conditions, stainless steel pipe laying, circulating water supply system, disinfection and sterilization System, overseas on-site installation and other issues to communicate. It also focuses on understanding the standard configuration of all-stainless steel 316 in the Pharmacopoeia purified water, the EDI module system, and the differences between pasteurization technology, UV disinfection, and ozone disinfection, as well as issues such as late-stage operating costs.
Afterwards, our company arranged for customers to visit the factory,and conducted on-site inspection of our double-sided forming welding technology, company's production strength, and technical capabilities; Technicians explained to customers one by one, and installed overseas, etc. A series of detailed assignments were communicated, and initial cooperation intentions were eventually reached and a letter of intent for cooperation was signed.
